RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds.
All items on our site can be returned or exchange within 7 days of delivery. (Excluding items discounted more than 30%)
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
- Condition of the Item: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
with all tags attached. - Original Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging, including any
branded boxes or bags. - Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like undergarments, swimwear, or customized clothing
may not be eligible for return or exchange. - Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns or
exchanges. - Defective or Wrong Items: Items received with defects or incorrect sizing/design are eligible
for replacement or refund.
